Bonjour Yann !
Bravo pour vos oursons !!
Alors pour faire tenir le chocolat, je badigeonne l’intérieur du moule avec un pinceau trempé dans le chocolat fondu. Soyez généreux !!
Puis mettez le moule au frigo pour faire durcir le chocolat et après garnissez avec votre guimauve bien au centre en bande et couvrez de chocolat puis remettez l’ensemble au frigo.

Thanks for your posts on making menus! I am stiunglrgg with getting a menu set-up for my family. So I am glad that I stumbled across your blog (don’t even remember how I got here – sorry!).I keep trying to find a system that will be easy! I see many sites talking about « make a menu, then a grocery list, then shop and get deals if you can » but that just doesn’t work for me as I am a coupon and deal shopper so I buy what is on sale and stock my freezer and cupboard. I need to do my menus based on what is on-hand. Your system seems more that way! I know that menu planning shouldn’t be hard but I am really stiunglrgg to get my brain wrapped around a system that works based on my shopping style. I wish that you could just come sit at my dining room table with me and « hold my hand » through making a multiple-week menu; that would help me so much! LOL!! Since we can’t do that, I will just keep re-reading your posts until it is burned into my brain!!I am encouraged, though, as I had already done some of the things you suggested. There is hope!!!! LOL!!Thanks again! You have inspired me to start again!!Many blessings!
